Stop Relying on people

-

 You're value doesn't come from another person, it comes from your creator.

If you rely on people, you will be disappointed.

People will let you down, people will get busy and not be there when you're needy.

Sometimes people will even turn on you. 

Quit relying on people.

What they do or don't do doesn't determine your worth.

What they give you or don't give you cannot stop your purpose; God breathes His life in you.

He has crowned you with his favor. 

Quit wait for people to approve you and start approving yourself.

  The truth is that most of us find it difficult to focus on the Lord. The reason is that we do not know the benefits of doing so. THURSDAY PRAYER

 Father, we come before you this day, and we thank you for being a lamp onto our feet. Your word says the steps of a righteous man are ordered by You. And so, father, we ask that you order our steps in every decision that we make today. Lord, we submit our plans to you. We submit our decisions to you. And Lord we ask that you help us by your spirit to hear Your voice that we may not follow those that are contrary to You. Lord, we thank you today for daily provision, we thank you today for daily direction. Lead us by Your spirit and lead us by your way. Lead us into your truth. Lord, we submit all of our plans, and we know that You are able to lead us, guide us and direct us as we seek You and seek Your will. We thank you today, Father, in Jesus name we pray. Amen!
